Turning 45 the hard way.
I'm not sure this is a great idea — but here we are. For my 45th birthday, I decided I'd try to run 45 miles through Frisco, one for each year. Not because it's smart, but because it seemed like the right kind of hard — the kind of thing you do at 45.
I'll be starting at 6:30 AM from my front door in Frisco, TX, looping through neighborhoods I've run a hundred times, out to some of my favorite trails, and eventually back home — hopefully still moving. It's going to be a long day and I have no idea how the back half will go.
If you'd like to come run a loop with me, I'd genuinely love the company. Jump in for one segment or stick around all morning. Every loop starts and ends at the house, so come and go as it works for you — no pressure, just good miles.
